Rosalie Bonner Ritenour Memorial Scholarship Originally established at the request of fellow member Major Donald F. Ritenour USMC (Retired) to receive contributions in lieu of flowers as a memorial to his wife Rosalie Bonner Ritenour who passed away on January 8, 2003. Subsequently, the Board of Directors has broadened the scope of the Associations Scholarship Program which permitted creation of this Perpetual Memorial Scholarship to honor Rosalie in perpetuity.
